We are a waste tire disposal company that has been active in this area in Germany for some time and has a certificate as a “specialist disposal company”.

Every year we dispose of around 7,000 tons of old tires, of which around 90% are disposed of by our own employees and with our own vehicles. These used tires are disposed of according to the R 3 procedure and are sorted in advance in our warehouse according to “reuse” or “disposal”.

The proportion of tires for reuse is currently around 30%. Of the portion of tires for disposal, 80% goes to recycling companies for further use, the rest is sent to various cement plants for incineration. Most of the reusable tires are exported worldwide, such as Africa, South America, England, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Romania etc.

We have our own shredding facility for used tires for disposal of tires, which is approved in accordance with Sections 19, 10, 4 BimSchG in conjunction with Section 1 of the fourth ordinance for the implementation of the BimSchG in conjunction with No. 8.11 column 2b)bb) of the appendix. The shredded tires produced in this way are delivered to various recycling companies in Germany and other European countries for further use.

There are currently 6 employees in our company, 3 of whom are exclusively responsible for driving and 3 for sorting the used tires. Our fleet consists of a container train, four 7.5t trucks, a 9.0t truck with trailer and a 7.5t truck with an additional 5 swap bodies. We have a total of more than 20 roll-off containers with a volume of 40 cbm.
